It is the responsibility of the customer to unload merchandise shipped by freight lines. Truck drivers will only bring the merchandise to the back of the truck. They do not unload if off the truck. Seller's Limited Liability: In no event shall seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contigent damages of any nature. "INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE" when it is received. Packages not inspected upon delivery that are damaged will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to return damaged delivery if not noted on delivery statement.

In no event shall seller be liable for any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, or injury to business or reputation. The seller is not responsible for any installation of signs. The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price.

HANDLING/PROCESSING FEE We do not charge a standard handling or processing fee. For items that are to bulky or above a certain weight for UPS/FedX, ship Common Carrier. Shipping costs will be known to our customers before orders are processed. You will be notified by email. Alot of our products are manufactured as they are ordered, if you cancel your order in mid production you may be charged a fee.

MINIMUM ORDER/SHIPPING COST: There is a $50.00 minimum order at Elite Signs Outlet We do not ship outside the United States.

HAZARDOUS ITEMS: UPS classifies some items as Hazardous. These items are subject to an additional handling fee, they must ship Freight Lines.

FREIGHT LINE SHIPPING: Orders or items that cannot ship via UPS Ground or Fed X due to their weight and/or size ship via a Freight Line Service. Delivery on such orders may take longer than UPS or Fed X deliveries.

Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside. The Freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery. Our fees do not include any delivery service beyond curbside - customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER: Since items are manufactured according to your specifications please allow time for production. Processing and shipping your order is our #1 priority, however we do not control delivery companies and time it takes mdse to arrive at your location. Please note that we are not set-up for in-warehouse pick-ups: All orders must ship out via UPS, Fed X or Freight Lines.

SHIP/SHIPS MEANS: Order ships from one of our many shipping locations, and will be enroute to you the customer (By either Fed X, UPS or Freight Lines), time must be allowed for mdse. to reach your location by one of these carriers.

DELIVERED MEANS: Mdse has reached its location, you the customer.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS All orders are manufactured after orders are placed and shipped direct from the manufacture.

Errors, Corrections and Changes Although we strive to provide you with accurate prices and other information on the Site, there may occasionally be errors on the Site. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for any reason. We may also require additional information or verification before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information or verification is required. Please note that for undamaged items, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return items to our warehouse.

All our merchandise is covered under manufactures warranties. If you have an item that is defective it is covered under the manufactures warranty not Elite Signs. All munafacture warranties are final.

Once an order is shipped it is treated as completed order. If it is refused by the customer it is treated as a returned order. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, minus delivery fee and minus a $10 process fee if item is not damaged.

No Refunds on orders delivered over 30 days from date of purchased. Orders refuse or Non damaged items must be returned at customers expense within 30 days from date of receipt.

Refunds/Processed Orders: Once our Company has processed your order and it is put in production the order cannot be cancelled. It cannot be changed in anyway. If you are not sure of your order dont submit it to us.
